Dallas based artist "Lost Platypus" releases a new single titled "The Search For"

After a short, but glistening introduction comes the main track "Alone, Together (Fade Away)"

Beginning with a soft electric guitar introduction, the track intrigues you from the get-go with the calming, airy atmosphere created by the arguably minimalistic soundscape.

As the track progresses, the soft vocals bring you on an emotional, humorous and pictorial journey, with the lyrics depicting what a "lost platypus" would be thinking. 
It's so funny, yet sad at the same time.
The complex percussion keeps the well thought out structure of the 4 minute track at bay, and adds depth alongside the stunning harmonic backing vocals.

It's incredibly cinematic and immersing, and never gives a moment of downtime.
