Pritt x S.A.M - Drowning

S.A.M and Pritt have released a new track titled "Drowning", as part of their new 8 track EP titled "Take 2"

"Drowning" appears to be a much more slow paced track at the beginning, when compared to it's preceding tracks. However as the song progresses, the range of instrumentation and the song's soundscape slowly becomes increasingly upbeat and complex.

The song is surprising in how much the vocals are utilised. It's much more akin to a typical modern track from London. It has a story and meaning behind the metaphorical, relatable lyrics, rather than just a song that plays in the background in JD. This further immerses fans into the track, and helps build a strong connection with new listeners, turning them into fans.

There's a sense of emotive power in the vocal styles, and the ability to play and shift both reverbful, harmonic vocals is admirable and it works perfectly with the ambient, echo beat.

Exploring their passion for love driven modern pop songwriting, this track could easily find it's way dancing to the top of the charts, becoming a radio staple, or viral on social media. Either way - it's bound to be successful.

"Drowning", along with the whole EP is a technical and musical marvel, the neo style in a modern music landscape truly hits the spot.
