"Maya Wagner is a 20-year-old artist, songwriter, and producer who is passionate about expressing her LGBTQ identity and experiences with mental illness through her music. Maya is currently attending Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, but was born and raised in Central New Jersey. Maya is a recipient of the 2019 Kennedy Center International Young Soloist's Award and has performed at Musikfest in Bethlehem.. Her debut EP, Closeted releases June 25th, 2021."

Today we'll be reviewing the single Closeted from the upcoming EP. 

Each and every element of the track touches an emotional nerve, especially with the modern feel interludes. This will definitely be a stand-out song on the EP, the simple arrangement allows the stunning vocals and unsparing lyrics to be pre-eminent. 

Be prepared for its beauty to lift you heavenward. Bringing together stunning harmonic vocals that create one entity, Maya has showcased songwriting and vocal talents in this track, with mesmerising, powerful results.

This seems to be a match made in heaven, with each beat and each melodic lyric seemingly created to compliment the one that proceeds it. When you throw into this the contrast of the voices to create a truly blessed harmony and you have a special track on your hands.

Barcelona based band  "Morningblind" release an 11 track album -  "The Weight of the World" The opening track is the focus track, "The Weight of the World" The majority of tracks that are 5 minutes long, lose their interesting elements eventually, but in this track, that couldn't be any further from the truth! It constantly evolves and changes throughout, with new styles being implemented all the time, ensuring the listener is always intrigued and being immersed in the unique experience. The cinematic, arabic feel that radiates throughout is truly one of a kind.
