Alexis Gerred - Unbreakable

English artist Alexis Gerred releases a brand new single titled "Unbreakable" featuring Australian-Filipino artist MiG Ayesa.

"Unbreakable" is the lead track of Gerred's second album, which is releasing later this year!

Raucous and energetic are two words to best sum up this incredible new track.
There’s nothing "wanna be" about this track, Alexis manages to cement legendary status with
mother string to their bow.

Pulsating rhythms and an uplifting soundscape, this track is all about wanting to make it.
Whether that’s making it in the music industry or however you want to interpret it, that’s
what makes this track special, you can put your own personal spin on it, further creating that important connection between artist and listener.

 Unbreakable really is a big melting pot of sounds with a funky distinctly experimental feel throughout. The overall feel that you get from the song is that the artist has had just as much fun making it as you do listening to it. Gerred crams in all these unique and wonderful sounds which rise to the forefront of the sound before melting away again in place of something new, from electric guitar solos to even brass instrumentation in certain sections.

The real driving force that makes the song such memorable is the undeniable intensity that the artist manages into it. Alexis showcases real relentlessness in this song, a real raw energy that just feels so natural in it's overwhelming sound. If anything, it is even more impressive that they have managed to get this across in the same way through the speakers of a laptop as they sure will do atop a stage in front of an energetic, packed crowd.

As a whole, the track is powerful in it’s composition, mood setting with its intense sounds and powerful lyrics, and amazingly pulled off without overstepping the mark into cliche. The track is topped off right in the closing moments, with an end that gives way to an all out rush of sound that’s the perfect release after the structured building of sounds laid out by the rest of the track.
