K.I.R.B. - 15 Minutes

California based "K.I.R.B" releases a brand new single titled "15 Minutes"

It may be only over 1 minute and a half long, but the amount K.I.R.B manages to fit into this action packed track is tremendous and truly awe-inspiring. The inspirations from hiphop, rap, trap, and lo-fi (instrumentally) conjure together and juxtapose to create the final masterpiece '15 Minutes' is in itself.

The lyrics are explicit, driven, and are performed clinically, with power. The backing instrumentation is arguably simplistic, but this is fulfilled and complimented by the off-the-tongue, groovy, rhythmic word play. Different styles of percussion are showcased throughout the ever-changing, evolving soundscape, proving the artists ability to be creative and experimental with his music.

It's a perfect track to listen to at a party with the lads, its upbeat, groovy, humorous and foot-tapping.. I can imagine thousands of people rapping the main verse simultaneously, with the nostalgic vibe bringing everyone together.

The track ends with a lull in the intensity, leaving you intrigued and engaged, ready to hear more from 20 year old "K.I.R.B"
