Singer-Songwriter "Rockidle", (Derek Hagan) releases a brand new single titled "Degeneration"

Taking inspiration from a wide variety of genres, from rock, country and blues, this track truly bursts with colour with every beat. The varied soundscape feels fully original, and just one of a kind! It feels incredibly refreshing to hear a track like this, especially in a world currently overwhelmed with Modern Pop.

The soft beginning of tranquil acoustic guitar leads you to believe the track will hold a quiet vibe throughout, however once the percussion cresends and the smooth, evolving vocals are introduced, your original expectations of the track will change dramatically.

The complex, action packed piano and female backing vocals brings the song a truly high spirited feel, it never fails to intrigue the listener, that's for sure!

The track comes to an end with a slight fade, with the final instrumentation in range being upbeat harmonica that leaves you urging to hear more from Rockidle.

Rockidle is currently working on a 4th collection of songs titled "Relationships 2 ", due for digital release in September 2021.
