This gloomy indie-rock album features some incredible clean electric guitar solos, especially in the track "Squid Machine".

'We Skinned a Ghost' (For pleasure) begins with a Kasabian style drum intro + deep vocal styles. This eventually leads into an astonishing overwhelming chorus that features some grungy fuzzy electric chord progressions. 

The dark lyrical style of the album really help portray "Milk" as a haunting powerful unique album. 

"Alabaster" begins beautifully with reverbfull chords and fingerpicking and a calm isolated vocal style. This style is also found at an even more amazing level in "Rivals"
