Barcelona based band "Morningblind" release an 11 track album - "The Weight of the World" The opening track is the focus track, "The Weight of the World" The majority of tracks that are 5 minutes long, lose their interesting elements eventually, but in this track, that couldn't be any further from the truth! It constantly evolves and changes throughout, with new styles being implemented all the time, ensuring the listener is always intrigued and being immersed in the unique experience. The cinematic, arabic feel that radiates throughout is truly one of a kind. The 2nd track is "Sunflowering" Beginning with the introduction of soft guitar and a tranquil soundscape, this chilled, emotional track draws you in right from the get-go. It takes influences from such a wide variety of genres, it's almost like Morningblind have created their own new genre! It doesn't dynamically change too much, yet the percussion and stunning vocal performa...
Winchester 7 and the Runners release their album "Argos Holiday" One of the first tracks that really caught my attention was "The Golden Age" This song starts with a cresending fuzzy electric guitar introduction that leads into the quiet but powerful halfharmonic vocals, the drums are simple but do the job of keeping the song in track. "When The World stops Spinning" feels like a Reytons track, also including the fuzzy rock sounds of "The golden age". This song has a more catchy and early rock style than the majority of the songs, the instrumental sections are incredible and action packed. Some of the guitar riffs in "When The World stops Spinning" have a strong 1980s rock vibe. One of the softer tracks "In the Morning Light" features some unique chord progressions and harmonies, although this song ...

Titled simply "I Believed," this Gothic metal opus weaves a dark, enchanting tapestry of sound that is sure to captivate fans of the genre and newcomers alike. From the very beginning, "I Believed" grabs your attention with a foreboding and atmospheric intro. The haunting guitar melodies immediately establish the gothic atmosphere, and as the track unfolds, it becomes apparent that this is no ordinary metal composition. The heavy, chugging riffs provide a solid foundation, while melodic guitar leads soar above, creating a captivating contrast. The whole soundscape adds to the overall depth and richness of the sound. What truly stands out in this track is the dynamic interplay between the vocalist and the instrumentals. There's a perfect synergy bet...
